Late Penalty: 1.5% decay rate for every hour (less than 1 hour will be viewed as 1 hour) after deadline.
Submission after 3 days will get zero point.
Only C/C++ is allowed, but you can use Python for ZhuYin-Big5 mapping. If you choose to use Python, please use Python 3. (Version in TA's environment: 3.6.8. Python 2 is deprecated.)
